I have one of these Elenco LCR-1801 that was purchased back in the 1980’s. It still looks new & works great.
Have the LCR-1810. Could not find any info on adjusting it to correct low DC V (~7% low at 20V). Maybe it is similar enough to the LCR-1801 to help. LCR measurements are very good compared to GR LCR bridges.
As a member of the Antique Wireless Association in Bloomfield I do my best to test and evaluate equipment that we receive from donations.
